Taking A Peek

I felt pretty tired today after the party yesterday and just relaxed most of the morning. Eventually I got myself out of the house for a little while and went over to the park.
It was windy and very cool today so I didn't walk around the lake but rather just peeked thru the tall grasses and plants along the one end of the lake and snapped a few pictures. By the time I got back in the car my hands were freezing. I think I have been spoiled by the nice weather and wasn't expecting this cool air quite yet. It is well into October so I guess it was bound to get colder sooner or later.

We still have some cleaning up to do from the party. All the folding chairs need to be put away and the balloons deflated. Nadia has new toys and so hopefully we will get rid of some of the old ones to someone younger. Dillon did very well during the party and got lots of attention.
