'Kookaburra Sits.....'

A lucky blip tonight, there were a few kookaburras sitting on the old gum tree just outside our back door.

A quiet night at home tonight as the boy has gone away for the night to band camp with the school. Two days of playing talking and learning about music. Then there is a concert on Thursday after the skills have been honed, really wish I could go to watch them, but I'm going to be super busy at work this week and won't be able to take any time off unfortunately.

Hope they're all having fun tonight, but I do miss him when he's not around.
