Wakefield Cathedral...
... for MonoMonday:Symmetry.
Guess patterns and symmetrical shapes suit us human beings, as most buildings are symmetrical in some shape or form ( I nearly blipped a night club in Wakefield instead - lovely arches! ). I love the windows in the cathedral - so ornate and delicate, yet robust enough to last for so long. As I took the shot, something spooked the birds, and they all flew up at once - so I have the symmetry of their wings as well, and the hint of it in the leaves. Guess nature likes patterns too...
Thanks Skeena for hosting again - more shots to be found here.
