TV? What TV?

Dad bought a new TV nine months ago. A month ago it broke and they took it away for repair. On Friday they said they'd deliver a new one as it was taking so long today.

Mom and dad go out on Monday so we came to wait for delivery. The website tracking system is not working and phone calls take s long time. We were told this morning that it would be between 2 and 4 this afternoon. It's now 4.30 and they are saying it will be some time today!
