Natural Born Runner

I went for a long run today. It was a whole lot of pechin' in the rain and feeling great then feeling slow before making it back to the van to change into warm clothes and wait for HB. Natural Born Runner I am not, but I do enjoy it. Even in this weather. Here's my view from the dry van. I wonder how HB's run has been..?
