Two 1sts

The evening run was the first time I've done a proper beach run and the first time I've run with a head torch, it was a good one to begin with.
It wasn't sand all the way, there was a rocky stretch, several groynes to jump over and the Dighty burn to wade through (though we avoided it on the way back). I managed not to fall over this week.
