Chocolate challenge

Took part in chocolate challenge at Burnley Mechanics today, quite possibly one of the most disgusting thing I've taken part in.

We had thirty minutes to digest one muffin, one cookie with cream, one cheesecake, one tub of ice cream, one slice of chocolate cake, one slice of red velvet cake and a glass of hot chocolate.

Started off well, quickly polishing off the cookie and chocolate cake, but the red velvet cake was my everest, an absolute beast of a cake, dry, heavy and bad tasting.

Managed to polish off six of the eight chocolatey goodies, but couldn't finish before the egg timer signalled the end of the challenge.

Amazingly the guy in the centre of my photo ate the entire lot with seven minutes to spare, unbelievable!

Good fun, but not something I'll be rushing to do any time soon.
