As part of the conference there was a delightful-sounding "Conference evening reception networking". I did stick around for some chats but the lure of "The Castle" climbing wall was too great and I sneaked over there for a spot of bouldering. Terrific place with lots of very friendly people and (of course) impressive climbers.

This is the doorman for the conference hotel, taken during the lunchbreak. I didn't intend to go for an off-centre composition but decided to keep it.
