....…..I am grateful…..for the glory of the skies…the sunrise….the clouds…the freshness of a new day I am grateful. I try to maintain an attitude of gratitude.
I love being out walking before dawn. Apart from the dogs, regular walkers and their dogs, the occasional runner or mountain biker the world is my own. This is where and when I find serenity and rejuvenation and the strength to face a new day….
