The blood of the pig

My kitchen is no longer clean......

It's remarkable how 'bitty' Black Pudding can be when you dice it, little bits of dried blood loosening onto the floor... Then frying until crispy, and combining with pearl barley for an interesting take on risotto......

I did clean up again afterwards, but I can't get the steps out and clean the cooker hood every time I use the hob.....
