Apple Almond Cake Heart

Home in Belgium and I still have all those apples, so I've been baking today. After all I had to try out this great heart shaped pie mould. Added some pineapple pieces to the recipe and it tastes fine to me.

Hope everybody is ok, the storm has reached us too, we've had rain, gusts of wind, hail and thunder and lightning so far, they say the worst is still to come tonight. I've brought the garden furniture in, just in case and of course also because I doubt we're going to sit outside the rest of this year.
