A time for hibernation.

The days are getting shorter. A time of rest for the boats
and their homes beckons. The need for repair and restoration
approaches as quickly as the laughter of children recedes.
There will be a little weekend boating use to come but for most
of the time the swans, geese and ducks have the waters of this
delightful Lake all to themselves.
