A blustery sort of day.

The sort of day when you could get blown away.
With scudding clouds, bursts of sunshine and dramatic downpours.
A forewarning of wintery gales according to the BBC.

Marlborough fared better than most and I managed a walk out to meet a friend at a coffee shop in quite bright sunshine. However, in the afternoon I tucked myself up in bed for a snooze. (Have just been diagnosed with shingles - and told to rest AGAIN.)
This evening, H and I lit the fire and played Bingo with the toys. His half term starts tomorrow, about which he is rather pleased.
