Carsaig Bay to Jura

A very stormy night and still very stormy in the morning.
I had hoped to walk along the Crinan canal but too wild for much walking :-)
After a very quick visit to Crinan Ferry, very quick as it was very wild and windy, we decided to head for Tayvallich and Carsaig to view the view across the wild sea to Jura.
Needless to say we stayed in the car as the wind was very strong.
Some hardy souls had braved the wild weather and gone in for a swim :-)
After a while we headed back to Tayvallich to the Cafe there for lunch.
The cafe has lovely views out from it's terrace out onto the sheltered bay.
After lunch we couldn't resist another visit to Carsaig :-)
We headed back to cottage and before dinner had a walk around the base of the hill of Dunadd fort a nice end to our day :-)
