Birthday girl

Anna is 9 today.

Her choice for dinner was Franco Manca's where we feasted on the best pizza in the area.

And she looked super stylish in her new dress and foulard* courtesy of two lovely friends. Thank you.

Despite missing her brother, she has had a great birthday.

*French for pretty but don't expect it to keep you warm scarf. Pronounce it how you like but watch out if SooB is around. And that may or not be the correct spelling. So generally this word comes with its own health warning but I am assured it is an actual French word.
