"Buy someone of of poverty"

Buy 90kg of (fair trade) rice and a farmer will be able to send his child to secondary school. How easy is that? Almost embarassingly easy for us. That was the challenge given to our church this morning. All the bags were gone and I think there will be more rice to buy next week due to the high demand.

Band 2 on this morning - treats between services included macaroon, mini doughnuts and cookies (left over from the Mozo curry evening last night).

Walked MP on the Moss in the afternoon ......... then had to shampoo her on return!

Went out to the evening service too as the young folks were taking the service on the theme "The Amour of God" (Ephesians 6:10-20). It was a great service - camoflage everywhere, a real life Roman soldier (!) and the young folks' own praise band. Well done to all.
