Believe me I understand how much time good teachers spend planning and marking in their own time and that it can take over your life. But it's part of the job.

I've just spent an hour and a half going through some work my daughters got wrong. They understood it within minutes and then practiced it. But, had I not helped them they might never have understood it because most of their work hasn't been marked for 7 weeks.
