Memories of Cheese

We bought this cheese platter on our honeymoon, near Lisbon. We were staying in a converted 5th century monastery, and there was a resident potter/painter. We were tempted by many things, but we ended up with this beautifully coloured dome, and a tiled picture of the village. For the past 18 years we have had cheese with memories. Long may it last!
