The table with the big boobies

I joined the damp day trippers at Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire today. An urge to venture a little further from home was tempered by the February gloom but we headed to this English Tudor country stack regardless. A very very enthusiastic guide narrated our chilly journey around its grandeur. It was dripping with tapestries and stuffed with eccentric pieces of furniture. These remarkable boobs were carved by the official throne maker of the time.
