Another cooking class, another market

I did another cooking course as this one was half the price of the last and the food is slightly different up here. I got to cook Khao soi, a local curry influenced by Burmese cooking. We went to the market at about 9.15 and then cooked until 14.00. Fon, who ran the class, was great fun and liked that I knew all the ingredients (smart ass).

I look so manly carrying baskets, don't you think?
