Blue Grass State

The licence plates in the US always seem more interesting than ours. I picked this one up on eBay and screwed it to the garage wall. It makes Kentucky sound as if it's worth visiting. It's not just chicken and bourbon. It's Blue Grass as well. (Whatever that is?)
