A first for me today. A customer cancelled her cake order after deciding to fly to Devon instead of driving there. Shame she didn't cancel before I'd hired the tin and bought all the ingredients/sugar paste/glitter/ribbon etc.

Oh well. At least I hadn't actually made the cake I suppose.
