Talk about the luxe life. We were in the suite two doors down from Jerry Jones'. He (predictably) was not in attendance for the Monster Truck Rally tonight. (hahaha) I have to laugh because it was so ridiculously funny.
I've never been to one of those before. The warnings were true - bring earplugs because the noise is positively deafening.
When my dad and I were walking up to the doors to enter the stadium, I had my camera bag in tow and the security guards said NO to any lenses over 3 inches. ...
So I felt pretty privileged after we were in the Owner's Club area and one of the security guys offered to escort me out to the car to let me get my camera and bring it in. A glimpse into the rich life. The people that own these suites are hand picked by Jerry Jones to buy them privately. I can't even imagine how much money you'd just have lying around.
Anyway... Dad and I drove up to Fort Worth (left at 5:30 this morning) to see houses with Claire beginning at 11. Dad vetoed both houses that I liked.. though my goal in looking for houses was to find one that didn't need ANYTHING done to it. And Dad's plan, after seeing what's available and the prices of what's available, is to buy low and re-do. So maybe I will get a kitchen from my dad after all. (Hallelujah!)

Killer migraine tonight. Completely debilitating. Had to leave the show early and crawl to the car... I just don't understand what's going on in my brain when they hit. I wish I didn't know what they felt like. Hopefully I'll be able to cut it off at the pass earlier next time.
