It's a long way to the top

So here's one of Ilford's newer features that was supposed to be ready for the Olympics in order to accommodate the masses of tourists the lovely East End would be getting during the summer of 2012. As expected the complex wasn't opened until 2013 but I'm sure it's still popular. Would be nice to check out the view from the top but I doubt you can do that for free.
