Work on the gas lines

Which took all morning, and then I could spend the rest of the afternoon in search of the gas leak they detected (they'd cut us off because of it, and our household simply cannot function without the use of gas for cooking and warm water).

All in all not a fun day, but at least we found the leak eventually and it was temporarily fixed so we are now allowed to use our gas again. They'll need to come back to fix it properly though.
