More to life than blues and reds

I think a few folk over the years have wistfully looked at this tree which is outside my office. Why is the photo of the top of the tree only? It's because a very high fence, designed for keeping people in, obscures the lower portion of the tree.

Today I was taken with its colour and the contrast to the beautiful blue sky. I won't say my mind wandered too much, but for a while it did sit in the higher branches, taking in the breeze, and the view, and the sweet sounds of the bellbirds.
