Just what I need after a hectic day, one of several. Moving home is known to be just a bit stressful - this is a good opportunity to see how good my meditation skills are! I'm not doing the actual move for a few days and almost decided to forgo choir in Brisbane tomorrow.

Then I thought - no! Choir is such fun and while you're getting your head around harmonies and singing in other languages (one of our current songs is Chinese, another Italian) there's no head space for worrying about anything else. Choir is essential!
