Welcome back

I have photographed the town hall arches a few times before. But they have been out of bounds and behind fences for a long time due to building works.

Nice to have it reopened with new lights and looking cool, only downside is that it's been closed for so long that people have got out of the habit of walking this way. As a result I had to wait bloody ages for someone to walk into shot. Either that or they were put off by a strange bald bloke looking shifty, crouched on the floor lurking behind a pillar.
