Anchors away!

Visited Plymouth for a training course.

The inscription reads:

_________ON BEHALF OF THE ADMIRALTY BOARD
______________ON 24th APRIL 1980.

Note, we still had a five star Admiral of the Fleet in 1980, and he did it "on behalf of the Admiralty Board". Just in case you wondered if he'd liberated it from the Pusser's Stores....
