The Park

I looked out of the window this morning to another grey dull autumn day, I had a doctors appointment and was going to use the car, but i have been telling myself for some time to leave the car at home if i just need to pop into town for the post office, bank, doctors ect, the exercise will do me good its only a mile or so into town.

So I left the car at home and walked to town via the park which was very quiet just a lone dog walker. I also joined the local library which I haven't used in over 15 years, and after finding a couple of books walked back home via the park again feeling much better for leaving the car at home.
