Checking up on neighbours

One never knows when Hector is going to look over a garden wall when out walking. He just does it without any notice and I just have to stop and let him. It wasn't raining and as I had been out, it was his turn to do what he wanted.
Still damp and fine drizzle in the air. Just pavement walks.
