St. David's Day

" Happy St. David's Day", everyone, from Welsh Wales.

There's a story behind this daffodil! It was lovely to see all the Welsh people in town this morning, wearing daffodils in their buttonholes. I'm not Welsh but wanted some daffodils to put in a vase, and also to blip. Could I find any? No, is the short answer. Then I spied a lady with a bunch and she was talking about them to her friend. I interrupted and asked her where she'd bought them. I said 'I only want a bunch to photograph, to which she replied " Will one do? I'll give you a daffodil with pleasure!" So I didn't have to buy any at all and this is the gift!
