One Street

Not an inspired shot. I Was walking along the canalside on my way back from my run when I heard the throb of the narrowboat's engine. All I could see was his headlight.

Eight weeks ago I embarked on the NHS couch potatoe to 5K programme. The lovely Laura has been my personal trainer and mentor. I have followed the programme religiously. I am now ready to start the final week.
