SMIDSY

It's the oldest excuse in the book of driving excuses:

Sorry mate, I didn't see you.

On my way home this evening I was witness to a coming together of two cars.

It was quite clear to me who was at fault, particularly when the driver gave the SMIDSY excuse.

Anyway, I did my little bit. I checked nobody was injured, and both parties have my name and address in case the insurance companies want to contact me.
