The Hospital..

This morning, I took Barbara up to our local hospital, where she had an operation for a new knee this afternoon.

As can be seen from the photo, it was gey dreich this morning, but the new hospital building is warm and (relatively) inviting.

The operation went well. Barbara choose not to be sedated, and requested classical music which she listened to amidst the hammering and other assorted noises as they went about fixing her knee.

So far, so good.
