No excuses

I have been very lax with my running recently and hadn't planned on going to running club tonight, until I had a text from Zoe telling me in no uncertain terms that we were going. I couldn't even use the lack of any reflective clothing as an excuse as Zoe had kindly bought me some reflective armbands with built in led lights.
They clearly have special powers as it was the most successful run I've had for weeks.
