For purists, it has to be vinyl, and these guys in the Oxfam shop in Keswick are looking for that little gem that is going to net them a small fortune. Of course it probably isn't there and the true bargain of the day was snapped up by yours truly, a copy of the official OGC Prince 2 manual for £1.99. if you have to ask, you jut won't understand what a bargain that was.

Dinner in Magnolia accompanied by 2 pretty strong beers (both 7%) but lightweights compared to the strongest available at a whopping 14%! Was really quiet in there tonight. In fact dead might be a more accurate description. A stark contrast to last year when it was very popular and heaving. How fickle the public are.

Picked out our walk for tomorrow. Something relatively easy to warm up the legs before we tackle Skiddaw yet again on Saturday. Of course, this could all go pear shaped if tomorrow's walk turns out to be tougher than expected, leaving us unable to walk at all!
