Poverty is not beautiful...

It's published almost RAW as is in the card... because poverty is not beautiful... I don't feel like to make it more "appealing"... In fact I feel a bit ashamed for shooting this..

I was photographing the building when the old woman came to the balcony and I thought "great".. adds interest and charm to the picturesque building downtown... Idiot. There's nothing beautiful there...

This is Lisbon's downtown, .. Hermes, Hugo Boss, Michael Korrs boutiques are just 2 steps away... tourists are like a swarm in the street bellow.

and above in the 4th floor, (without elevator) the curtains are falling into pieces...
