I haven't been able to do any running for over a week and was also convinced my right knee somehow got itself injured while down in London. However, I thought it was still worth trying to at least do a mile or so. Fortunately I lasted the whole hour-ish with, so far, no ill effects. Nor was I too far off my regular pace.

This chap was hired to welcome guests into a function at the Assembly Room with hearty tunes from his bagpipes. I'm not sure if he was also the acting doorman.
