The Picture

Today I had one of the most frustrating meetings of my life. Despite all of the project work and amazingly positive 'stuff' that has gone on, when it came down to it in couple's home today....... They had no power!!
Outcomes were down to the judgement of 'professionals'. Scunnered is the only word to describe it. I worry about the bigger picture after today.
Thank goodness for a fabby hubby who sensed my frustration over the phone as I called to explain I was finished later than I hoped. We met for tea and enjoy some nice chat that took the edge off my frustration and disappointment.
