Now that's service!

I have to take my laptop home and I forgot to bring a wheely case or even a spare bag. It won't all fit in my handbag and even if it did it'd be too heavy. I popped into a little independent luggage shop and explained my problem and mentioned a bag I had seen on the internet. Amazingly they had one in but it was on hold for someone else. I had to get back to work and so headed out the door. They asked me for my business card and said they'd see what they could do.

They ordered an additional bag which will arrive next week. They contacted the other lady and she said she'd be happy to wait. They then brought it to my office!!!! It was beautifully wrapped and they said I could pay them when I next could pop into the shop.

Can I hear a round of applause?? You bet! Now all the women in my office are planning a visit there. Well done little shop. I am your number one fan!
