Allendale

Took advantage of the lovely sunny weather (and a child free day) to drive up to Allendale to go to a photo exhibition featuring the work of my friend's very talented husband. It's a wonderful portrait of the community they live in and the characters from the area they call home. Then called in to see Mary and her girls. Cuppa and some yummy birthday cake whilst Arwen told me all about the new toys she got for her birthday. V honoured to get a cuddle from all three girls today too. Back home now to make an attempt at tidying up and preparing dinner before everyone else gets in.

And no trip to Allendale would be complete without a quick blip of some sheep!
