Where are the Dolphins?

Another leisurely morning. After lunch we headed back to Rosemarkie to walk out to Chanonry Point.  Unfortunately, we had to leave granddad to potter as he is a bit incapacitated at the moment.  It was a bracing walk!   We hung about for a while hoping to spot dolphins, but no luck.  We did spot something at one point, but I don’t think it was a dolphin.  A local lady told me later that you see them every day in the summer and on the rising tide. I guess it’s just luck.  We will have to go back again sometime.

We walked back to find granddad.  BB was delighted to find some lost golf balls in the bushes by the beach.  We then headed to the Rosemarkie Beach Café, which is set in a stunning location.  They had a small play park which kept BB entertained as I walked round the shore in the sunshine.
