Autumn poppy

I took the day off work to go to the North Hampshire Road Safety Council meeting, of which I am a member. As a result I was home early enough to look around the garden in the day light, and today's blip is one of the last Californian poppies we have in full bloom at the end of the front garden.

It's a little ray of sunshine in an otherwise dull autumn day!
