'Autumn Abelia in a Tangle'

A pretty shrub in my garden..very valuable at this time of the year, as it produces pretty little pink flowers at a time when there isn't that much around. It's name is 'ABELIA' I've given it a tangled effect because I think it looks fun.

This morning's Yoga class was challenging with some backward bends...supposed to be keeping our spines supple...lots of moans and groans from the class. Lunch with Gill....we had a good chat.

Later I went to the flicks to see the film 'Gone Girl'..adapted by Gillian Flynn from her 2012 novel of the same name. Starring Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike..who were both superb. A long film...two and a half hours..but it really kept my attention.
