An Lochan Uaine

The Green Loch- where the fairies do their washing. We had a great walk to here this morning, tried to go a few years ago when Nelly was wee and didn't make it. Today we were smart and drove up to Glenmore Lodge rather than starting at the visitor centre.
The trees were glorious, Nelly whined for half the way there then got into the spirit of the walk, we had a classic question from Betty- "Are trees just like sheep only the opposite?" She was able to explain what she meant though!
We had lunch in Granton on Spey then drove home over the Lecht, a lovely wee Highland break!
