Quilts galore

I was down at the church at 8am this morning to help set up the quilt club's exhibition. More than 100 quilts were to be displayed. Some of the large ones were hung on special frames, others were laid across the pews. The chancel was decked out with Christmas quilts and hangings and the lady chapel was very homely with baby quilts and bags. The crowds poured in after lunch and were very enthusiastic about the beautiful display. Let's hope there is an equally good response tomorrow.
I am quite new to quilting so wasn't one of those showing a quilt. Another year perhaps.
