New Flood Barrier

They started last week. This week I asked them what they were doing. Were they building a new flood barrier so that the Citizens Advice Bureau does not flood when the river over flows? Our building is just to the right of the photo.

The chap in charge confirmed they were indeed building a new barrier. It will have an attractive wall for us to look at out of our window and they will be finished before Christmas. He said it was just for us! I can't believe the CAB is that important.
