Ruffled Feathers
Today we spent the morning out watching texann's tennis team play. It was an away match, and around the tennis courts they have a couple of lakes so I went exploring. There was no unusual wildlife but there was a good selection of ducks and geese on display. The geese were particularly noisy and I did get a good shot of them displaying but I particularly liked this one of this Muscovy Duck on the move. These ducks are native to Central and South America but you can also see breeding populations in Texas. They can weigh up to 15 Lbs.
After tennis we had a nice French Bistro lunch and I got my hair, what little there is of it, cut. Another lazy day.
