Basel Post Office

It is very easy to miss your ticket number in the queue being called out when you're in Basel's big beautiful post office!

I needed to return a package of tickets and travel info which weighed more than a typical letter. This is because I managed to book myself on a weekend away on the wrong date! Numpty.
